AT&T Customer Support Representative Responsibilities

Greet and support business customers in person, building rapport quickly and professionally. Conduct consultative conversations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate AT&T business services. Close service agreements and follow-ups with a friendly, solution-first approach. Coordinate with technical and billing teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding. Track customer satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities. Maintain accurate records and meet daily activity targets (calls, demos, follow-ups). Participate in team huddles and continuous improvement sessions.
