What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop, implement, and deliver training to internal sales teams and external partners on the employer's new reward offering
Collaborate with market and product experts to create accessible materials that support the go-to-market launch
Manage a calendar of market and product education activities related to the new product launch
Track the impact of training and identify future training needs in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Support the management of the Highspot instance to enhance engagement and learning of sales enablement content
What is Required (Qualifications)
Experience in the US reward market and familiarity with data-as-a-service product offerings
Strong enthusiasm and a proactive attitude towards trying new approaches and technologies
Understanding of sales enablement technologies, ideally Highspot, to advocate within the organization
Confidence in delivering a variety of training sessions to both internal and external audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience delivering training in a corporate environment
Familiarity with market trends related to HR technology and reward systems
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
