What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop, implement, and deliver training to internal sales teams and external partners on the new reward offering
Collaborate with market and product experts to create accessible materials on market trends and customer needs
Manage a calendar of market and product education activities for the product launch
Track the impact of training and identify future training needs in collaboration with commercial leadership
Support the management of the Highspot instance to enhance sales enablement content engagement
What is Required (Qualifications)
Experience in the US reward market and with data-as-a-service product offerings
Enthusiastic and dedicated with a proactive attitude towards new approaches and technologies
Understanding of sales enablement technologies, ideally Highspot
Confident speaker capable of leading various training sessions for internal and external audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in sales enablement or training roles in the HR technology sector
Familiarity with market trends in the reward industry
Experience working in a hybrid or remote team environment
