What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop, implement, and deliver training to internal sales teams and external partners on the employer's new reward offering
Collaborate with market and product experts to create supporting materials based on market trends and customer needs
Manage a calendar of market and product education activities for the new product launch
Track the impact of training and identify future training needs in collaboration with internal and external partners
Oversee the management of the Highspot instance to enhance engagement with sales enablement content
What is Required (Qualifications)
Experience in the US reward market and familiarity with data-as-a-service product offerings
Strong enthusiasm and a proactive attitude towards adopting new technologies and training methods
Understanding of sales enablement technologies, ideally Highspot
Excellent public speaking skills for conducting training sessions for diverse audiences
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in market education or sales enablement roles
Familiarity with the employer's product offerings and market strategies
Proven track record of developing training programs that drive sales performance
Ability to adapt training materials to suit different learning styles and audiences
Experience in project management to coordinate multiple training initiatives
