What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis

Hire and retain top sales talent while fostering a collaborative team culture

Engage strategically with customers and business partners to ensure high customer service

Collaborate with marketing to create and execute marketing plans with partners and end users

Develop and deliver internal training programs to equip the sales team with the knowledge to pursue Agentic Technology opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications)

Proven experience in sales leadership, particularly within the IT and cybersecurity sectors

Ability to synthesize information quickly in a dynamic environment

Experience working across various IT personas, including executives and individual contributors

Strong understanding of data architecture and governance technologies

Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in IT, business, or sales-related field preferred, but not required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in overlay sales leadership roles within a matrix selling environment

Demonstrated expertise in presenting the value of technology solutions

Familiarity with reporting tools, including Salesforce

Public speaking experience, including delivering presentations and webinars

Knowledge of the Agentic Technology landscape and competitive offerings
