RVP, AMS Sales - Agentic Technology Specialist

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
Hire and retain top sales talent across the AMS region while fostering a collaborative team culture
Engage strategically with customers and business partners to maintain a high level of service aligned with company valuesCollaborate with marketing to develop and execute effective marketing plans
Build internal programs to enhance collaboration between the Agentic Technology Specialist team and the broader sales organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
Experience leading high-performing sales teams, preferably in Identity or cybersecurity markets
Proven ability to synthesize information quickly in a dynamic environment
Strong relationship-building skills at all levels within IT organizations
Familiarity with analytical tools and data-driven program management
Prior experience in a specialist sales leadership role within a matrix selling environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in an IT, business, or sales-related field
Experience with Agentic Technology solutions or similar technologies
Previous public speaking experience, particularly in delivering presentations on technology solutions
