What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
Hire and retain top sales talent across the AMS region
Engage strategically with customers and business partners to ensure high-level customer service
Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute marketing plans with partners and end users
Develop and deliver internal training programs to equip sales teams with knowledge on Agentic Technology
What is Required (Qualifications):
Proven experience in sales leadership, particularly in IT or cybersecurity
Strong ability to synthesize information quickly in a dynamic environment
Essential: Demonstrated success in hiring and retaining top sales talent Experience with various IT personas and modern Cloud technologies Preferred educational background: Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in IT, business, or sales-related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in overlay or co-prime sales leadership roles
Familiarity with SailPoint's Agentic Technology solutions and competitive offerings
Background in developing public presentations and webinars
Knowledge of strategic account planning and collaboration with sales teams
Understanding of the Agentic Technology landscape and market dynamics
