Required Qualifications
- Experience in leading high-performing sales teams in IT or cybersecurity
- Proven track record of hiring and retaining top sales talent
- Experience in a dynamic team-based matrix selling environment
- Understanding of Agentic Technology solutions and competitive offerings
- Preferred Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in IT, business, or sales-related field
