What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Drive new sales across the acute care continuum to healthcare providers with a solutions sell proposition
Utilize internal resources for detailed explanations of product applications and benefits to customers
Negotiate with decision‑makers to maintain a fluid sales process and finalize sales
Coordinate with clinical specialists to ensure ongoing customer service and support
Lead product installations and provide training to ensure customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a top‑level sales performer in the medical device or healthcare industry
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification required
Strong analytical skills to supervise sales activity and develop sales plans
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working with multi‑departmental deals involving clinical, executive, and financial decision‑makers
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software
Proven track record of success in negotiating contracts and pricing with healthcare systems
