What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Drive the generation of new sales across the acute care continuum to healthcare providers
Utilize internal resources to provide detailed explanations of product applications and benefits
Conduct negotiations with decision-makers to maintain a fluid sales process and finalize sales
Coordinate efforts with clinical specialists to drive new sales and provide ongoing customer service
Lead the installation of new products and ensure customer satisfaction through training and follow-up
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a top-level sales performer in the medical device or healthcare industry
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification is required
Strong analytical skills to supervise sales activity and develop sales plans
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working with multi-departmental deals involving clinical, executive, and financial decision-makers
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software
Proven track record of success in negotiating contracts and pricing with healthcare systems
