We're partnering with a Birmingham-based organization to identify an
Interim Director of Financial Planning & Analysis
to own budgeting, forecasting, and financial analytics during a critical phase.
What You'll Do
Take ownership of company-wide budgeting and rolling forecasts Build and refine multi-location financial models and P&L rollups Deliver monthly reporting, variance analysis, and executive insights Partner with operations and leadership to improve budgeting discipline Enhance analytics, dashboards, and KPIs (Power BI exposure a plus) Identify and implement process improvements and standardization
What We're Looking For
5+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience CPA, CFA, or MBA a plus, not required Strong understanding of P&Ls and multi-entity/multi-location reporting Advanced Excel skills (modeling, scenarios, pivots, lookups) Power BI experience or strong interest in developing it preferred
