
Inspire Brands is seeking a Director, Compensation who will design, lead, and maintain the Company’s compensation programs, including base pay, short and long-term incentives.
Reporting directly to the Vice President - Total Rewards, this critical leadership position will manage a team that is responsible for the development and deployment of compensation solutions through analysis, tools, process, consulting, and reporting.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the company’s pay programs, including base salary, short-term incentives, and long-term incentives Lead the annual market benchmarking process to update survey matching and ensure the Company’s pay programs are competitive and aligned with the marketplace Partner with other members of the Human Resources team and business leaders on pay package recommendations that address business needs and attract, retain, and motivate top talent Plan and execute the annual merit/bonus cycle and assist the HR community and business areas in understanding their role, timelines, and support them with decision-making Conduct the annual evaluation of salary ranges and incentive targets for potential movement/changes as needed Develop content and educational materials to articulate our pay programs and support the rollout of new initiatives Conduct regular and ad hoc analysis of market trends and internal pay equity to ensure compensation practices remain competitive and compliant with relevant regulations Lead the review and updating of our career architecture and classification program to evaluate job levels and equitable compensation across roles Partner with other members of the Human Resources team to integrate compensation programs with performance management processes, ensuring alignment between pay and performance Manage relationships with external vendors, such as compensation consultants and survey providers to support compensation decision-making Aid in the development of global, standard compensation processes and policies, including employee mobility, bonus processing and equity administration Stay abreast of laws and regulations related to compensation and ensure that the organization’s compensation programs comply with legal requirements and industry standards Partner with HRIS on system upgrades, enhancements, and testing for the compensation processes and modules Drive process improvement and innovation Identify opportunities for improved accuracy, consistency and reporting of compensation data through periodic audits EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Minimum 10 years’ experience in the compensation field Minimum of 5 years managing others REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
