The DeMaio Agency is expanding and looking for a highly motivated, sales-focused Account Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys closing business, and is passionate about helping customers protect what matters most. If you’re driven, competitive, and ready to grow your career, we want you on our team.
This role requires Property & Casualty licensing (Life & Health a plus). If you are not currently licensed, we provide full support to help you obtain the required licenses quickly.
What You’ll Do
Drive new business by recommending and selling insurance products to new and existing customers.
Build strong customer relationships that support retention, referrals, and continued growth.
Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products.
Maintain accurate and organized customer records to support success and compliance.
What You Bring
A strong sales mindset with confidence engaging customers and closing sales.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
High level of motivation, professionalism, and accountability.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Previous insurance experience preferred but not required—sales experience strongly valued.
Property & Casualty license and/or Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain with agency-support).
