Private Credit Associate

Direct message the job poster from Metis Search We are currently working with a tier-1 global investment fund that are looking to expand their private credit team. This is a great opportunity to learn and develop your career working alongside leading industry professionals. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years’ experience at a bulge bracket bank or leading credit fund. Key Responsibilities: Assist in evaluating new private credit investment opportunities, including financial modeling, due diligence, and credit analysis. Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal investment committees. Conduct industry, market, and company research to support underwriting decisions. Monitor portfolio company performance and support ongoing asset management efforts. Collaborate with legal, operations, and compliance teams during deal execution and portfolio monitoring. Qualifications: 2–4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, leveraged finance, private credit, or private equity. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus. Seniority level
