Baltimore, Maryland and Richmond, Virginia offices have an opening for an associate with 3-5 years’ experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various real estate contracts and documents, such as purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, title opinions, financing agreements, and closing statements. Experience advising clients on real estate matters, such as due diligence, zoning, environmental, financing, and tax issues is required. The salary range is $140,000 – $160,000 based on experience.
