Gather information needed from applicants to file for the loan approval Gather and input information from applicants Verify applications, income, and employment Order property documents such as appraisals and signed contracts Constantly communicate with loan officers, management, and underwriters Manage a pipeline of 20+ files Utilize multiple lender sites and systems to process the loans Ensure that loan rules, obligations, and deadlines are met Qualifications
A clear understanding of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Knowledge of mortgage products Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to learn computer programs quickly 2 years of mortgage broker processing experience
