The practice spans across all of Capco’s domains and focuses on solving C-suite and senior IT challenges in technology modernization, AI strategy & adoption, tech sourcing, cost management, and risk and governance. About the Job: As a Consultant in our Technology Strategy practice, you will help design and deliver strategic solutions that empower our clients to accelerate transformation, enhance efficiency, and ensure resilient operations. You’ll work as part of a collaborative team to assess existing capabilities, develop future-state visions, and shape technology-driven strategies that drive measurable business outcomes. What You’ll Get to Do

Develop and implement IT strategies that drive business objectives and operational excellence. Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to align technology investments with long-term organizational goals. Support delivery of technology transformation roadmaps, IT modernization plans, and platform or product strategies. Conduct assessments and build target operating models, governance frameworks, and execution plans. Analyze and recommend improvements to AI strategy, sourcing approaches, cost structures, and tech operating models. Translate business and technical requirements into actionable outcomes—whether insights, improved workflows, feature roadmaps, or early-stage prototypes. Help prepare and present client-ready materials such as proposals, decks, diagnostics, and strategic artifacts. Work closely with business, operations, finance, development, compliance, and testing teams to ensure alignment between technology strategy and enterprise goals. Bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive clarity, consensus, and execution readiness. Lead or support the creation of business cases and financial models to assess the value, cost, and ROI of proposed technology initiatives. Quantify strategic impact by evaluating scenarios and modeling the effect of technology investments on client operations, revenue, and cost structures. Support internal IP development, go-to-market initiatives, and thought leadership campaigns. What You’ll Bring with You

Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in consulting, strategy & operations, IT business analyst, solutions architect, technology risk analyst, etc. or any other related experience Strong analytical problem-solving skills with ability to think critically and structure solutions to complex technology and business challenges. Familiarity with enterprise technology concepts (cloud, DevOps, data platforms, AI/ML, cybersecurity, etc.). Eagerness to learn new frameworks, technologies, and business domains. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to distill technical or complex topics into clear, concise presentations and reports for executive audiences. Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, with the ability to build frameworks, visualizations, and business narratives. Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and respond to evolving client priorities. Willing to work in our New York office 3 days per week. Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to financial services or other highly regulated industries. Experience with GenAI / LLM technologies and use cases. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Why Capco?
