What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Assist franchised distributor customers with automotive tool selection, troubleshooting, pricing, and ordering

Handle inbound calls while providing accurate product information and assistance

Offer technical support regarding product specifications from the employer's catalog

Conduct suggestive selling of products through promotional programs

Input orders using internal ordering software systems and collaborate with subject matter experts to resolve queries

What is Required (Qualifications):

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Availability to work Monday-Friday from 9am-5:30pm EST

At least 1 year of call center experience or equivalent customer service experience

Bilingual fluency in Spanish, both spoken and written

Basic PC skills and effective verbal and written communication abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

ASE certification, automotive experience, or related trade school degree

Experience in suggestive sales or working with general automotive mechanics

On-the-job experience dealing with automotive tools
