About the Role
The Company is in search of an Associate Vice President for Enrollment Marketing and Creative Services. This senior leadership role is pivotal in overseeing all enrollment marketing activities and leading the creative team within the Division of Marketing and Communications. The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing and Communications leadership team and the Vice President of Enrollment Management to ensure the quality and delivery of marketing elements in the strategic enrollment plan. A key focus will be on growing the company's institutional brand recognition in emerging and potential new markets, with the aim of diversifying and expanding the student body.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in marketing, design, writing, or a related field, and at least 7 years' of progressive leadership in creative management. Extensive knowledge of marketing best practices, a proven track record in leading creative professionals, and managing complex projects are essential. Experience in higher education and/or with bicultural audiences is preferred. The role also involves managing a team of creative services professionals, serving as the chief creative director for marketing plans, and fostering a culture of critique and feedback to ensure the team's understanding of enrollment needs and the consistency of quality. The AVP will be responsible for the department budget, with a focus on maximizing the return on investment of resources.
