About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Admission and Enrollment Marketing to lead the strategic advancement of the division in line with the institution's goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing the size and composition of the student body, with a focus on long-term financial health and the institution's strategic plan. This role involves overseeing all admission and enrollment marketing operations, shaping enrollment strategy, and ensuring strong coordination across divisional units. The AVP will be a key advisor on enrollment strategy, marketing, and recruitment effectiveness, and will be expected to foster a culture of mentorship, collaboration, and accountability within the division. Applicants must have a minimum of 6 years' of experience in college admissions, enrollment marketing, or enrollment management, with at least 3 years' in a supervisory role. A bachelor's degree is required, and a master's degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a competitive spirit, a deep understanding of national trends in higher education, and a proven track record of leading successful teams. Essential skills include the ability to collect and analyze data, strong project management, and excellent communication. The role also requires a high level of integrity, transparency, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Experience with CRM systems, particularly Technolutions Slate, is strongly preferred.
