We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Full-Time Administrative/Personal Assistant to support manage daily office operations. This role requires a versatile individual with strong administrative skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management and personal assistance. This role is located in Sunrise, FL and the hourly wage is $16/hour.
Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors with a personable approach. Utilize office software such as Microsoft Word/Excel Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and reports. Handle bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and assist with basic bookkeeping duties. Manage office supplies inventory, organize files, and oversee front desk responsibilities to ensure efficient office operations. Provide personal assistance as needed, including but not limited to appointment reminders and personal errands. Qualifications
Highschool Diploma or GED Bilingual ( English and Spanish preferred) Proven experience in administrative or office management roles; personal assistant experience is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and QuickBooks. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
