What Our Sales Support Specialist Enjoy Most About the Role

Taking calls and handling orders for cable, internet and mobile services, while keeping communication smooth with customers and partners. Collecting leads and checking canceled or delayed orders, while working with different teams to keep things running smoothly. Using various systems to manage special customer orders and provide quick, accurate service. Doing pre-sales tasks, making sure orders are correct and checking work orders for proper billing. Organizing order schedules, following company rules and sharing tips with the team to improve workflows. Working Conditions

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent Experience

2+ years in sales or customer service Skills & Abilities

Effective prioritization and organization Clear communication, both oral and written Ability to resolve customer complaints independently or in teams Adaptability to handle back-to-back calls while seated Proficiency with computers and software applications Knowledge of accounting, billing, and office procedures Understanding of service troubleshooting and product details (Cable, HIS, Telephone) Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with cable TV, high-speed Internet and phone services
