Sheet Metal Workers
with hands‑on experience on
Airbus A320 Family (A320F)
aircraft to support base maintenance operations.
Position Details
Position: Sheet Metal Worker
Aircraft Type: Airbus A320 Family (A320F) and/or Boeing 737 (B737)
Employment Type: Contract (Base Maintenance)
Location: Malta
Start Date: March 2026
Contract Term: 1 month
Rates: Competitive hourly rate
Shift Pattern: 5 days on / 2 days off (average 60 hours per week)
Accommodation: Provided or per diem option available
Flights: Provided at the start and end of the assignment
Main Responsibilities
Perform structural repairs, modifications, and replacements on A320F
Fabricate and install sheet metal components, skins, panels, and assemblies
Work from technical drawings, repair manuals, and engineering documentation
Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and airworthiness standards
Accurately document tasks and materials used in maintenance records
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience as a Sheet Metal Worker in commercial aircraft maintenance
Recent hands‑on experience working on Airbus A320 Family
Valid SMS including Human Factors, Fuel Tank Safety – Level 2 (FTS L2), and EWIS (Modules 1 & 2)
Initial certifications in Human Factors, Fuel Tank Safety – Level 2 (FTS L2), and EWIS (Modules 1 & 2)
Right to work in Europe (EU passport or valid EU work permit)
