Responsibilities
Follows the correct sequence of service at all times.
Clear, clean, reset, and maintain station during shift.
Assist other servers in giving the best possible service.
Perform necessary assigned work.
Handle guest receipts according to internal casino/resort policy.
Responsible for proper uniform attire and proper name tag.
Serve all food/beverages as per room standards.
Remain current on casino/resort events and hours of operation for all F&B outlets.
Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.)
Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy.
Qualifications
Experience Required:
Previous food service experience preferred.
Education Required:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities Required:
Ability to communicate effectively with others; understands and complies with all company and departmental rules and regulations.
Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing Required:
Indiana Alcohol Beverage permit. (19 years plus 1 day minimum)
