What You Will Do In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. By providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will work toward advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
You will utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
This is a virtual, customer-facing role, so you will use our state of the art video communication software to interact with customers, and you will document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive tax law knowledge and PTIN.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities, committed to enhancing brand by delighting customers.
Excellent customer service skills, excited to interact via video/audio tools professionally.
What You Need
Reliable internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week across three or more days.
Compensation
Base pay ranges by location (e.g., Bay Area California $28.80 - $36.50, Southern California $28.80 - $36.50, Colorado $27.50 - $34.80, etc.).
Eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits as per Intuit plans.
Intuit conducts regular comparisons to ensure pay equity across ethnicity and gender.
