Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and new business
Conduct policy reviews and provide tailored, consultative recommendations
Educate clients on insurance products and identify opportunities to expand coverage
Generate and convert leads through outbound outreach and networking
Support service needs to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
Collaborate with the agency team to achieve sales goals and business growth
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-focused approach
Current P&C and/or Life & Health license—or willingness to obtain (we’ll help!)
