Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
Assist clients with billing inquiries, coverage updates, and claims follow-up
Identify and recommend insurance products that align with customer needs
Build rapport that encourages trust and long-term loyalty
Support client retention through proactive renewals and policy reviews
Partner with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Customer service or sales experience preferred (but not required)
Comfort engaging in consultative, sales-focused conversations
A calm, friendly, and solutions-oriented approach under pressure
Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses—training and guidance provided
