Job Description
Utilize SQL to mine and analyze data. Occasional testing of new applications to test functionality with companion applications. Responds to user requests for system help Identifies causes of user problems and potential solutions Enters problems information into an automated issue tracking system Corrects pended encounters either directly, or through working directly with vendors Runs scheduled production jobs Test new production releases Maintains Production Job Schedule Prepares statistical reports on help desk utilization Preparing, analyzing and reconciling reports Proficient with Excel, Word, and Access Researching and problem solving report discrepancies; performs other duties as assigned Database Systems/Database Tools SQL Server 2008 R2 Advanced 3 years Basic T-SQL skills Advanced 3 years QA/Testing - Approaches, Applications Excellent Communication skills both verbal & written College degree MS Office: Excel, Access, Word and Outlook Advanced 5 years Proven Analytical skills, ability to research and problem solve Advanced 5 years Math & Problem solving skills; mathematical accuracy is a must Advanced 5 years Additional Information
