Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is integral to the organization, offering the opportunity to work with large, complex accounts across industries such as construction and manufacturing. Compensation Package
Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually (commensurate with experience). Candidates with 8+ years of experience may qualify for a Senior Account Manager role with compensation up to $110,000.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid work model available after an initial 2-3 months in-office (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of large, complex commercial accounts with premiums ranging from $500,000 to $1 million.
Handle all aspects of account servicing, including renewals, policy binding and issuance, endorsements, marketing, and certificates.
Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
Quote new and renewal business to ensure competitive and comprehensive coverage.
Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage client accounts and documentation efficiently.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications / Requirements
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience managing large commercial accounts (preferably with premiums of $300,000 or more).
Strong knowledge of insurance products and services, particularly in the construction and manufacturing sectors.
Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
