Responsibilities
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles.
Conduct interviews and onboard top talent.
Coordinate with universities, placement cells, and internship programs.
Manage intern recruitment and onboarding.
Promote campaigns of Asiatic and global partners.
Assist in content writing for LinkedIn, blog articles, and social media.
Collaborate with aviation, travel, and corporate brands for partnerships.
Communicate with partner companies, charter firms, and marketing leads.
Respond to queries via email and WhatsApp.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills (English proficiency is a must).
Creative mindset with interest in HR.
Basic knowledge of Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and Canva is a plus.
Self‑motivated and good at multitasking.
