Entry-Level Personal Assistant (Part-Time) Location: Hybrid / In-Person Primary Locations: Boca Raton/Tamarac / Coral Springs, FL (Flexibility required across locations as needed) We are seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated Entry-Level Personal Assistant to support a Founder involved in multiple business and community projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, learning new tools, and supporting daily operations behind the scenes. You will assist with scheduling, coordination, research, and general support across multiple projects. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who values consistency, follow-through, and discretion. Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, scheduling, emails, and follow-ups. Track tasks, reminders, and deadlines. Assist with multiple projects and keep items organized. Coordinate meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items. Conduct basic research on tools, vendors, and platforms. Use Excel or Google Sheets to track information and data. Assist with SOPs, organization, and workflow improvements. Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT) for research, drafting, and organization. Social Media Support (Light)
Assist with organizing content ideas and drafting captions. Help schedule posts and support basic engagement. Use AI tools to assist with content organization. This is a support role—not a marketing or influencer position. On-Site & Cross-Location Support
Work across multiple offices and environments as needed. Adapt to changing priorities and locations. Provide in-person support when required. Assist with errands and on-site tasks as needed. Required Skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills. Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets. Willingness to learn new systems independently. Clear written and verbal communication. Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through. Professional, calm, and dependable. Integrity & Confidentiality
