Identifying new business opportunities: Research potential clients, find new services to offer, and help the company expand into new markets. Building client relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients. Conducting market research: Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities. Setting sales goals: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Negotiating contracts and deals: Use negotiation skills to negotiate contracts and prices with clients. Representing the company: Attend networking events and conferences, and travel to meet with key clients. Planning marketing and advertising: Help plan and oversee marketing and advertising initiatives. Play a significant role in long term planning and growth of the company. Required Qualifications

Bachelor\'s Degree in a related field preferred but not required. 5 to 7 year\'s sales experience. Must have strong communication and presentation skills, the ability to influence and negotiate, and commercial awareness. Must be self-motivated and resilient. Good interpersonal skills and ability to coach and develop subordinates. Demonstrated ability to develop business and manage the sales process through lead generation. Cold calling, account penetration, prospect qualification, negotiation and closing. Preferred Qualifications

5 years’ experience in a waste-recycling industry or industrial or manufacturing environment preferred. Excellent recycling industry knowledge, experience and aptitude. Strong organizational skills and discipline for efficiency. Bilingual is a plus. Salary

$80,000 - $90,000 (Salary is a combination of Sales Commission and a Guaranteed Base) Benefits
