
Responsibilities
Generate new business within a designated territory. Analyze, plan, and implement products and services tailored to client needs. Stay informed about industry trends, new products, services, and broker practices. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. Manage renewal proposals and processes for existing clients. Prepare executive summaries for client presentations. Schedule ongoing client meetings to address questions and concerns during implementation. Collect data to provide guidance on products, services, marketing, sales, and other business areas. Develop lead generation strategies and utilize CRM (Salesforce) to track activities. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of all services for assigned clients. Attend monthly consulting meetings and provide training and coaching for staff. Compensation
