Overview
Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) Franklin, TN or surrounding cities We're partnering with a well-established insurance organization seeking a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to support a growing book of business. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented insurance professional who enjoys client interaction, account servicing, and being a reliable support partner to producers and account managers.
Responsibilities
Service commercial insurance accounts including endorsements, certificates, renewals, and policy changes
Provide day-to-day client support with a high level of professionalism and responsiveness
Communicate with carriers to obtain quotes, process changes, and resolve issues
Maintain accurate documentation and account records in agency management systems
Support renewal workflows and assist with proposals and policy delivery
Qualifications
Property & Casualty insurance experience (personal lines preferred)
Active P&C license required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional communication skills and a service-minded approach
