Customer Service Representative - Commercial Lines

Job Description We are excited to announce an opening for a Customer Service Representative specializing in Commercial Lines. Our well-established insurance organization is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional who thrives on client interaction and effective account servicing. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being a reliable support partner to producers and account managers. What You'll Do: Provide exceptional service for commercial insurance accounts, including endorsements, certificates, renewals, and policy changes. Deliver day-to-day client support with professionalism and responsiveness to ensure customer satisfaction. Communicate effectively with carriers to obtain quotes, process changes, and resolve issues efficiently. Maintain accurate documentation and account records in our agency management systems. Support renewal workflows, assist with proposals, and ensure timely policy delivery. What We're Looking For: Experience in Property & Casualty insurance (personal lines experience is a plus). An active P&C license is required for this role. Outstanding organizational skills and a keen attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
