In this pivotal role, you will support a growing portfolio of commercial insurance clients. This position is perfect for detail-oriented insurance professionals who thrive on client interaction, account servicing, and delivering exceptional support to producers and account managers. What You'll Be Doing: Service commercial insurance accounts, handling endorsements, certificates, renewals, and policy changes. Deliver day-to-day client support with professionalism and responsiveness. Engage with carriers to obtain quotes, process changes, and resolve issues efficiently. Maintain accurate documentation and account records in agency management systems. Support renewal workflows and assist with proposals and policy delivery. What We’re Looking For: Experience in Property & Casualty insurance, with a preference for commercial lines. An active Property & Casualty license is required. Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
