We are partnering with a well-established insurance organization seeking a dedicated Commercial Lines Customer Service Specialist to support a growing book of business. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented insurance professional who thrives on client interaction, account servicing, and being a reliable support partner to producers and account managers.
What You'll Do:
Manage and service commercial insurance accounts, including endorsements, certificates, renewals, and policy changes.
Provide top-notch day-to-day client support with professionalism and responsiveness.
Communicate effectively with carriers to obtain quotes, process changes, and resolve issues as they arise.
Maintain accurate and organized documentation and account records in agency management systems.
Assist with renewal workflows and contribute to proposals and policy delivery.
What We're Looking For:
Property & Casualty insurance experience, with a focus on commercial lines preferred.
An active P&C license is required.
Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
A proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong professional communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
