Responsibilities

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates.

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, group bookings, and event planning.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including travel agents, event planners, and corporate decision-makers.

Sales Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Revenue Management: Collaborate with revenue management team to optimize pricing strategies and maximize revenue.

Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Event Planning: Work closely with the events team to coordinate and execute successful events and conferences.

Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or a similar role in the hospitality industry.

Strong understanding of the hotel industry, including sales and marketing principles.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership and motivational skills.

Proficiency in sales and CRM software.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
