We are seeking an exceptional Executive Personal Assistant to support an ultra-high-net-worth principal(s) in a fast-paced, high-trust environment. This role requires absolute discretion, operational excellence, and a true 24/7 service mindset. The ideal candidate is highly organized, emotionally intelligent, resourceful, and comfortable operating seamlessly in the worlds of private wealth, luxury travel, and high-profile individuals. This is not a traditional administrative role. You will serve as a trusted extension of the principal, managing both personal and professional logistics with precision, confidentiality, and calm under pressure. Key Responsibilities
Executive & Personal Support
Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones Act as primary gatekeeper for scheduling, communications, and priorities Coordinate with household staff, security, drivers, pilots, property managers, and vendors Handle sensitive personal matters with professionalism and confidentiality Travel & Logistics
Book and manage all travel arrangements, including
private aviation , yachts, luxury accommodations, and international itineraries Prepare detailed travel briefs and contingency plans Coordinate visas, passports, customs, and security protocols Oversee inventory and operations across multiple residences Coordinate maintenance, renovations, staffing, and seasonal readiness Manage household budgets, invoices, and expense tracking Ensure properties are consistently guest-ready and principal-ready Personal Concierge Services
Personal shopping and sourcing (luxury goods, wardrobe, gifts, specialty items) Event support and coordination Vendor research and relationship management Lifestyle management and special projects Communication & Representation
Serve as a professional representative of the principal in interactions with staff, partners, and external stakeholders Navigate high-profile environments with polish and discretion Read the room and adapt communication style when working with UHNW individuals, executives, and celebrities Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as an Executive Personal Assistant, Chief of Staff, or senior-level PA supporting UHNW individuals, family offices, or high-profile executives Proven experience booking and managing
private travel Demonstrated ability to operate with extreme discretion and confidentiality Exceptional organizational and time-management skills High emotional intelligence and situational awareness Strong problem-solving ability under pressure Tech-savvy (calendar systems, travel platforms, expense management, document handling) Flexible schedule with true 24/7 mentality Willingness to travel as needed Preferred Attributes
