Customer Service Representative

divh2Sales Support Position/h2pAs a part-time Customer Service Representative, you will provide administrative support to the sales team. This part-time position can work up to 30 hours per week. You will respond to customer inquiries by telephone or e-mail to provide inquiry or problem resolution. You will analyze a customers service needs and refer to other service or technical departments for follow up as needed. For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents.
