Customer Service Representative

divh2Customer Service Representative/h2pAs a part-time Customer Service Representative, you will provide administrative support to the sales team. This part-time position can work up to 30 hours per week. You will respond to customer inquiries by telephone or email to provide inquiry or problem resolution. You will analyze a customers service needs and refer to other service or technical departments for follow up as needed.
