In this role, you will have the opportunity to significantly impact the industry by offering consultative sales solutions to our clients in the built environment. Were looking for someone with proven sales success or someone who comes from the buyers side in local government, or finally someone who has technical expertise and looking to pivot into sales./ppIn this role, your day-to-day will consist of:/pulliDeveloping and executing a sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets./liliBuilding solid relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the built environment./liliDelivering consultative sales solutions to meet the unique needs of each client./liliStaying up-to-date with industry trends and innovations and sharing this knowledge with clients./liliCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales experience for our clients./liliConduct outreach to both warm and new leads in order to get meetings with prospective clients./liliParticipate in thought leadership at conferences and organizations related to local government (cities and counties), energy and sustainability to build our local brand as experts in facility planning and consulting./li/ulpstrongWhat You Need to Succeed at McKinstry/strong/pulli2-4 years of proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets. Base pay information is based on market location.
