
Total Rewards Manager
Nonprofit Social Services Organization
New York City Area - Hybrid
Salary Range: $120,000 to $130,000 per year, based on experience
Terrific hybrid Total Rewards Manager position with a highly respected social services nonprofit in NYC. The role will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategies related to benefits, compensation, and HRIS functions. The position will manage a team of two and provide benefits administration to approximately 400 staff.
Responsibilities
Manage HR functions related to compensation and benefit administration and serve as the subject matter expert
Ensure the organization is compliant with any relevant laws, regulations, procedures, and policies
Create and implement effective strategies for benefits open enrollment
Manage leaves and accommodations for employees
Develop compensation guidelines that are consistent and complete market studies
Manage relationships with vendors
Inform leadership of industry trends and regulatory issues related to benefits and compensation
Oversee and manage a team of two
Qualifications
Approximately 5-10+ years of relevant experience in benefits, compensation, and HRIS
Experience managing staff
Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree and HR certification preferred
Strong HRIS database management skills; experience with ADP or similar system
Experience working with outside vendors and collaborating with teams internally
Understanding of HR legal requirements and trends in the HR landscape
