About the Position The company is seeking an experienced

Superintendent

to lead a

major multifamily project in Beaufort, South Carolina . This is a

5-year project , offering exceptional stability for a field leader looking to settle into a long-term role.

Following completion, the

Superintendent

will transition into ongoing projects located between

Beaufort and Charleston , providing continued employment without the need for relocation or extended travel.

The

Superintendent

will have full responsibility for on-site construction operations, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, safety, quality control, and schedule adherence from start through closeout.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on

multifamily construction projects

Proven ability to lead large, long-duration projects from ground-up through completion

Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor management

Demonstrated commitment to jobsite safety and quality standards

Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and project schedules

Strong leadership and communication skills with subcontractors, inspectors, and internal teams

Benefits

Base Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 (depending on experience)
