Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Requirements
Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients.
Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies tailored for remote work.
Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Ability to work remotely while being open to occasional travel to Greece if required.
