Responsibilities

Assist in oversight of marketing campaigns and projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment

Collaborate on annual marketing plans and lead generation initiatives for OTR products

Track and compile campaign performance metrics, focusing on achieving monthly KPIs and goals

Serve as a communication liaison, providing status updates and tracking action items across teams

Foster and maintain robust relationships with key business stakeholders and diverse teams

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Marketing, Sales Operations, or Project Coordination role, preferably in a B2B environment

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines with strong attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with project management software such as Monday.com

Familiarity with Salesforce

Strong self-motivation and positive attitude

Analytical aptitude with a focus on quantifiable results

Eagerness to learn new technologies and master the revenue marketing funnel
