We are seeking a full-time Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team on-site in Boise, ID. The Mortgage Loan Processor will oversee the end-to-end processing of loan applications, including verifying financial documents, reviewing credit reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. The candidate will collaborate closely with underwriters, lenders, and other professionals to provide a seamless experience for clients. Timely communication with all stakeholders will be an essential part of this role, ensuring clients receive efficient and accurate service. Qualifications
Knowledge and experience in Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending processes Proficiency in Loan Processing and Underwriting principles and best practices Understanding of Loans, including application and evaluation procedures Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards in the mortgage industry Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred Experience with loan origination software and tools is a plus
