Assist patients with the registration process, ensuring accurate information collection
Manage multiple computer systems and screens while answering phones in a fast-paced environment
Provide compassionate support to patients, addressing their concerns and easing their anxiety
Collaborate with clinical staff during the registration process for emergent care
Adapt quickly to various health plans and coverage requirements through ongoing training
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Excellent customer service experience
Ability to work in a busy hospital/lab environment
Must be up to date on all vaccinations
Successful completion of a drug test and background check prior to hire
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a customer service role
Familiarity with healthcare systems or patient registration processes
Strong multitasking abilities and comfort with technology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
