We are seeking a Mold Maker/Manufacturing Technician. Theprimary responsibilities will be to build, repair, and modifymolds using CNC/manual machines while ensuring precision andquality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
Build new molds from raw materials using CNC and manualmachining equipment Repair and modify existing molds using using CNC andmanual machining equipment Disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble molds forrepair and evaluation Review and interpret drawings and models Operate lathes, milling machines, surface grinders, andother manual/CNC equipment Use precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers,indicators, height gauges) to ensure tight tolerance machiningand final fitting Collaborate with engineering and production teams totroubleshoot tooling issues and recommend improvements Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work areafollowing company and industry safety standards Perform other Tool Room-related duties as assigned Benefits
