What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Produce and communicate reporting and analytics of sales data in collaboration with the VP, Operations, and Finance team
Perform Salesforce administration and automation aligned with project goals
Maintain and administer sales campaigns to support corporate marketing initiatives
Provide administrative support for Managing Directors including travel booking and calendar management
Ensure the integrity of sales data and manage all related activities in Salesforce
What is Required (Qualifications)
BA/BS degree in a business or related discipline
3-5 years of successful experience in a sales analyst or sales operations role
Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce or CRM tools, with a Salesforce Administrator designation highly desirable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced MS Excel skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with Salesforce reporting, Power BI, HubSpot, and Excel Pivot Tables
Self-directed with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
Highly adaptable and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Passion for delivering outstanding results and making an impact
